We have 7 printing processes determined, relevant properties (DrE) of paper, which were not included in the paper specification until now.

The first time with the emco web tension control monitor a paper orientated web tension control is possible.The monitor shows the current and optimal web tensions in the production process, records and stores the situations in the printing machine as e.g. start, reel change, emergency stop and web break. With help of a viewer it is possible to analyze and optimize breaks as well as train the printing staff.

With the insertion of the IPM-PRINT in the printing houses knowledge and ideas of all in the production process involved persons are created, including suppliers of paper and colors.

How to introduce IPM-PRINT in a printing house?

The Integrated Production Management can be introduced gradual and immediately in the printing house without trouble and interruption in the production process:

1.      Determination of the printing process relevant properties DrE
    of papers is service by emco.

2.      Determination of suitable combination of color and paper (supplier).

3.      Order arrangements: Order – Machine – Color – Paper (printing house). 

4.      Running through the printing order with presetting according DrE.

5.      Evaluation of the results and optimization of the next orders.

For the emco Web Tension Control Monitoring the installation of new or the integration of used measuring rollers is necessary.
